  • The project contains data of Zea mays grown in Rhizotrons in the greenhouse under 4 different phosphorus (P) levels. We here make the images of root and shoot, the segmentation in the extracted architectural data available. The data can be used for functional-structural plant model parameterization or direct plant health analysis.

  • This dataset was recorded during a research stay in Yuxin Wu's lab at the Lawrence Berkeley National Lab in Berkeley, California. It contains rhizotron sEIT measurements of root systems in water. The corresponding publication "Quantitative phenotyping of crop roots with spectral electrical impedance tomography: a rhizotron study with optimized measurement design", published in Plant Methods, can be found here: https://www.doi.org/10.1186/s13007-024-01247-7
